TALKR offers several types of designs: Demonstrator, Pilot (TRY & BUY offer). Depending on the scope requested, these products range in price from €0 to €7K. The Run depends on the volume of conversations/calls and call duration, performance, and processes. To date, our oldest callbots date back to 2018!
How is information secured in accordance with the GDPR and data security?
Your agents operate in strict compliance with data and AI regulations. Information security is our priority at TALKR. Callbots can be configured to comply with security standards, such as data encryption, authorization management, and data protection regulations. All data is stored in France or in the country where the project is based: No data collected will be transferred to a third party for commercial or advertising purposes. TALKR also offers private cloud or on-premise installations.

For companies that have their own telephone system (Carrier) (e.g., Cisco, 3CX, Genesys) or contact center or Teams tools, TALKR easily interconnects with these tools since we are an open platform and 100% API-based. In this sense, it is up to the software to open up to TALKR.
How does Quality Monitoring & real-time observability work?
Numerous statistics are available to verify the behavior of the bot and users. Conversations are archived and can be manipulated via summaries.
What type of AI do you use?
😂 All LLMs (why not yours?) but not exclusively. It all depends on your use case. We sometimes use Mistral/Gemini/Open AI/Llama/Deepseek depending on the use case. We also do not recommend using it with access to your company databases or your customers’ personal information, unless you specifically request it. However, it is possible to anonymize the data. Another important point is the cost of tokens.
With a view to enriching TALKR assistants, we are developing other open source LLMs (TALKR is a member of the OpenLLM-France community) and we also have our own semantic engine.
